In The Know (ITK) started as a seed of an idea for a unique new concept for a furniture store. After we developed the business model and brand strategy for the client: we named the company and created all of the corporate identity; helped choose, design and build out the retail location, including all interior and exterior signage; defined the style of furniture and accessories the store would carry, and assisted the client with purchasing; planned and executed the launch event; researched, chose and managed the celebrity spokesperson; designed and produced all marketing communications, managed public relations, and negotiated in place all media.
